Welcome to Sub Plug Printing (formerly Custom Images 901). By accessing or using our website at https://subplugprinting.com/ and placing orders for our custom-printed products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sub Plug Printing makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • You accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Products & Custom Orders

2.1 Custom Design Services

Sub Plug Printing specializes in high-quality custom-printed products including, but not limited to:

  • Custom Apparel: T-shirts, Hoodies, Bomber Jackets, Custom Tees
  • Specialty Designs: Diamond In The Sky, Grad Celebration, Achievements, Homecoming School Mascot
  • Fan Collections: Basketball Fan, Baseball Fan, Tennessee Titan, Memphis Grizzlies
  • Celebration Items: Birthday, Cheer, New Jack City Bomber
  • Home & Lifestyle: Custom Blankets, Memorial Pillows, Umbrellas

2.2 Custom Order Acknowledgment

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications:

  • All sales are final on custom-printed items unless the error is on our part.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, text, names, and design details are correct before approving your order.
  • We are not liable for errors in content submitted by the customer (misspellings, incorrect dates, wrong names, low-resolution images, etc.).
  • Final proof approval by the customer constitutes acceptance of the design as-is.

2.3 Product Colors & Variations

Colors displayed on our website may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in monitor settings, printing techniques, and fabric types. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • Payment must be received in full before production begins on any custom order.
  • Sales tax will be applied in accordance with Tennessee state law and applicable regulations.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Standard production time is 5–10 business days after artwork approval, unless otherwise specified.

  • Production begins only after payment is confirmed and the design proof is approved.
  • Sub Plug Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and to the international customers. International shipping availability may vary.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
  • Sub Plug Printing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
  • For local customers in Memphis, TN, in-store pickup may be available at 6316 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN 38115.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed items unless:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
  • The item does not match the approved proof.
  • The wrong item or size was shipped.

6.2 Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at info[at]customimages901[dot]com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6.3 Non-Custom Items

Non-customized items (if applicable) may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork

  • You retain ownership of any original artwork or designs you submit to us.
  • By submitting artwork or content, you grant Sub Plug Printing a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print the content solely for fulfilling your order.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all submitted designs, logos, images, and text, and that they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Sub Plug Printing will not knowingly print copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content without proper authorization. If you submit such content, you assume full legal responsibility.
  • Sub Plug Printing retains the right to use photos of completed custom orders (without identifying customer information) for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Submit designs that are defamatory, hateful, obscene, or violate any law.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems.
  • Resell our products without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sub Plug Printing shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in customer-submitted designs or content.
  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to These Terms

Sub Plug Printing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
