To make a T-shirt design, your first need to install specific graphic design software. Once youu2019ve done that, start your creation and make sure that your final design is at least 220 PPI so it wonu2019t be pixelated when printed…
To design your own T-shirt, you can upload your design to the front of your tee and add custom elements like text. For some of our T-shirts, reverse side printing is also available.

Please note that we create fan-inspired custom designs and do not sell officially licensed NFL or NBA merchandise.

Customization & Design Process
Here’s how our process works:
- Choose your product: Browse our collections or contact us with your idea.
- Submit your design or concept: You can upload artwork, send us a photo, or describe your vision and we’ll help bring it to life.
- Design review & approval: Our team creates a digital proof for your review. We don’t proceed to production until you approve.
- Production: Once approved, your order goes into production using high-quality sublimation or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
- Shipping or pickup: Your finished product is shipped to your door or made available for in-store pickup in Memphis.
Yes. You can upload your own image, logo, or photo when placing an order. For best print quality, we recommend submitting files that are at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at print size, in PNG, JPG, or vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF). If your file quality is too low, our team will let you know and work with you on a solution.
Yes. If you don’t have existing artwork, our in-house design team can create a custom design based on your ideas, theme, or references. Design fees may apply for complex original artwork. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss your project.
All-over printing (also called sublimation printing) means the design covers the entire surface of the garment — front, back, and sleeves — rather than just a logo area on the chest or back. Sub Plug Printing specializes in 3D all-over print designs that create a bold, eye-catching look ideal for fan gear, celebrations, and memorial apparel.
Yes! We create custom Homecoming and School Mascot apparel that is perfect for spirit wear, pep rallies, and homecoming events.
